QA/QC Introduction

We are striving to achieve constant high product quality by using advanced production equipment, complete testing facilities, a strict management system and a group of responsible and specially trained personnel. We have already received ISO9002 certification, and a variety of products have obtained TUV/GS, ITS/GS, CE, EMC, UL and other safety attestations.

From purchasing of raw materials to packing of finished products, all stages of production are strictly controlled according to ISO9002 standards. The equipment used in our QC processes mainly include: synthetic electric property testers, motor performance testing instruments, lifespan testers, testing machinery for pulling and bending of cables, noise testers, EMI test receiver, absorbing clamp, pulse limiter, artificial mains, continuous current, remote control, moisture resistance machines, and so on.

All QC staff is specially trained and regularly given lectures to keep them informed of clients' feedback and complaints. This is to ensure that similar defects will not be repeated.
